PURCHASES

All sales are final. We don't issue returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we can refund you or send a replacement.

Examples of Issues:

1. If your order is incorrect - ex: missing item(s).

2. Your order contains an item that is faulty or damaged.

3. Not satisfied with your order.

(In your email header please include the name under the order and order number located in your initial confirmation email when you ordered)

SHIPPING

  • All U.S orders ship Monday - Saturday via USPS excluding holidays
  • International orders ship via UPS and USPS 
  • International customers: Please note that fees may be added to your order after it is shipped and must be paid for final delivery. These fees are paid to UPS or USPS (via online site), not paid to us. A notification will appear on the UPS or USPS tracking site if any additional fees are added.

Once orders are dropped off at the post office, USPS will scan your package and become in charge of the package until it is delivered to its destination. If your order is lost during transit or delivered to the wrong address, please contact USPS for assistance.

FRAUD

Any form of fraud will not be tolerated, will be further investigated, and will be reported.

Fraud examples include but not limited to: Payment fraud, chargeback fraud, etc.
