PURCHASES

All sales are final. We don't issue returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, contact us and we can refund you or send a replacement.

Examples of Issues:

1. If your order is incorrect - ex: missing items(s).

2. Your order contains an item that is faulty or damaged.

3. Not satisfied with your order.

(In your email header please include the name under the order and order number located in your initial confirmation email when you ordered)

SHIPPING

All orders ship Monday - Saturday via USPS *excluding holidays*

Once orders are dropped off at the post office, USPS will scan your package and become in charge of the package until it is delivered to its destination. If your order is lost during transit or delivered to the wrong address, please contact USPS for assistance.

FRAUD

Any form of fraud will not be tolerated and will be further investigated and reported.

Fraud examples include but not limited to: Payment fraud, chargeback fraud, etc.
