SHIPPING

1. When will my order ship? (Updated: May 2025)

Once orders are placed, it takes 5-7 days to ship. Processing times depends on how small/large the order is, plus whether items are made to order. Once your order ships, it will take 1-5 days to arrive to its final destination.  (Delays may occur during holidays and weekends.)

 

2. How much is shipping?

Shipping to anywhere in the U.S is a flat rate of $5. Orders $35+ ship for free (U.S Orders Only).

 

3. Where do you ship to?

We ship to the U.S and Internationally.

 

4. I entered the wrong address at checkout, can I change it?

If your order has not shipped, please contact us immediately via our email: thebellapearl@gmail.com. Please include the following: 'Change Shipping Address' and order # in the email header. 

       Example: Change Shipping Address for Order #2000

 

5. Why hasn't my tracking information updated on USPS?

It can take 24-48 hours for information to update on the USPS site. This does not include delays that USPS may be having due to holidays, weather, etc. If you are concerned about your order, please contact us and we can look into it. 

 

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

1. I was issued a refund, how long will it take for the refund to be in my account?

Once we approve and send you an email in regards of a refund, it will take 5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. 

 

2. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours once the order was placed. Contact us immediately to cancel. Please note that once we package and ship your order, we are unable to cancel it.

 

3. There is an issue with my order, can I get a replacement or a refund?

Please contact us via email within 1-4 days once your order was delivered. We will then take the necessary steps to remedy the situation. A replacement may be sent or a refund will be issued. Our priority is our customers satisfaction, therefore please don't hesitate to contact us.
