Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:
- Flat rate shipping: $5.50
- Free standard shipping on orders $50.00 USD and over
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.
International Shipping We ship to most countries worldwide, with the exception of EU member states. International orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within 1–3 weeks after shipment.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country upon delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
